elonbd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the elonbd platform and all its services. When you register on elonbd or use the platform, you will be considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1 General Provisions

• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, address, contact number — must be truthful and accurate.

• Allowing another person to use the account or transferring the account is prohibited.

3 Age and Eligibility

elonbd strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Only persons aged 21 or above may open an account and use the services on this platform.

3.1 Age Verification

At the time of registration, the user must declare that they are at least 21 years of age. elonbd may request age verification documents at any time. If an account belonging to a person under 21 is found, it will be closed and all winnings will be considered void.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

elonbd primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Access to the platform may be restricted or prohibited from certain countries or regions. The user is solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to ensure a safe and convenient payment experience on elonbd.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

elonbd's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 and get a bonus of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) the bonus amount. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus becomes withdrawable. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion is valid for a specific period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Using the same promotion more than once is prohibited.
• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are also eligible for bonuses.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the elonbd platform are conducted fairly and transparently. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, ensuring impartiality.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly stated in the game interface. elonbd reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.2 Finality of Results

Once a game result is determined, it will be considered final. If a result is uncertain due to a technical error, elonbd will investigate the matter and, if necessary, the bet may be cancelled and the amount refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC events), football (FIFA and other leagues), and other sports, the rules specific to each event apply. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet is considered void and the bet amount is refunded.

6.4 Live Casino

7.2 Earning and Maintaining VIP Status

7.3 Cashback Payments

VIP cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. The cashback may be subject to its own wagering requirements. elonbd reserves the right to change the VIP Program terms with prior notice.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the elonbd platform and will be considered a direct violation of these terms and conditions.

8.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Creating an account using a fake identity or false information.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Use of hacking or malware.

8.2 Financial Crimes

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Use of fraudulent payment methods.
• Abuse of chargebacks or payment reversals.

8.3 Consequences

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be provided before the account is closed, provided the withdrawal terms and conditions are met.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.2 Liability for Losses
